Personal Training should be exactly that, personal. With Healthy Beach you will get a personalised program that we work out for you by really understanding your goals. But a program means nothing unless it is followed and constantly reviewed and updated. You need targets, and you need to reach those targets so we can set you some more. You also need a nutrition plan, because any PT program without this is doomed to failure. We will push you to your limits, and record everything we do along the way so you can have regular reports on your progress. No hiding place for you, or for us as your training partner. You will work your core, you will run, you will box, you will use TRX, weighted vests, jump ropes. But most importantly everything you do will be for a specific reason. And together we will make you stonger, fitter, improve your endurance and make you less injury prone. Now that ‘s a real healthy beach. Don’t you agree?
